Wildlife at Elephant Gorge Camp
Large herds of zebras, wildebeest, and gazelles traverse the open plains, while predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards patrol the grasslands. The park is also a birder’s paradise, hosting over 400 bird species, including beautiful Secretary Birds, massive Martial Eagles, and vibrant flamingos that sometimes gather in the park’s seasonal wetlands.
