Angama Mara
Angama translates to “suspended in mid-air” in Swahili, a fitting depiction of Angama Mara, situated 1000 feet atop the Oloololo Escarpment. The 700-hectare site borders the Mara Triangle and comes with its own forests and unparalleled views of the expansive savannah below.
Wildlife at Angama Mara
From Africa’s Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo — to the massive herds of the Great Migration, the Mara Triangle, which Angama Mara flanks, promises spectacular wildlife sightings throughout the year.
